HIIT workout at home: 15 minutes of fat burning
No time? No problem. This 15-minute HIIT workout can be done anywhere. No equipment needed, just your body and motivation.

HIIT stands for High-Intensity Interval Training. The principle is simple: go hard for a short burst, rest briefly, and go again. In 15 minutes you burn more calories than 45 minutes of jogging. And the best part? You can do it anywhere.
What exactly is HIIT?
With HIIT you alternate periods of maximum effort with short rest periods. This drives your heart rate up, speeds up your metabolism and ensures your body keeps burning calories for hours after training, the so-called "afterburn effect."
The workout: 15 minutes, 3 blocks
Do each exercise for 40 seconds, rest 20 seconds. After each block, 60 seconds rest.

- Squat Jumps, go deep, explode up
