Goal · Get fitter

Five minutes. Between the Lego and the dishes.

Workouts from 15 minutes. Reset sessions from 5 minutes. I send: “nice one.” Done.

Why it never stuck

No time? Not a gym person?

Most fitness asks for 90 minutes, a gym membership and the kind of discipline you simply don't have left after a full day. So you don't start, or you start and quit the moment a busy week hits. Not because you don't want to, but because the bar was always too high for your real life.

How it works

Three things that make the difference

The Remy Bonjasky app does it differently: it starts from just a few minutes at home and builds up to what fits your week. Skip a day and the app says nothing. That's not a missing feature, that's a choice.

01

Short workouts

From 15 minutes. Three levels per workout. Start Light, build up if it fits.

02

Reset

No wellness fluff. Practical micro-actions for your head. For stress, focus, winding down, overstimulation or drive. Five, ten or fifteen minutes.

03

Buddy, not boss

I send “nice one” when you did 5 min. Not “shame you missed yesterday”.

In the app

Fifteen minutes counts too.

Between work and kids. Watch your progress build (even on short days, even when you skip one).

The science

What the science says

Since 2020 the World Health Organization says every move counts. The old rule that activity had to last at least 10 minutes in one go has been dropped, short sessions count too. And those short blocks really do something: a meta-analysis of 27 trials found “exercise snacks” spread across the day measurably improve fitness and heart-and-blood markers in normally inactive people.
