What the science says

Short training blocks do real physiological work: a meta-analysis of 27 trials in previously inactive people found “exercise snacks” measurably improved fitness and heart-and-blood markers. And the camera counting your reps? Research shows phone AI pose estimation can measure knee and hip angles to within a few degrees, strong for side-on movements, weaker for twisting ones.
