General

One app with guided kickbox workouts, timed challenges with scores, mindset sessions, food logging via a photo, and Remy in your WhatsApp. Built on the method of a three-time K-1 world champion, but meant for your living room, not the ring. You pick from HIIT, Strength, Full Body and Kickboxing, in lengths of fifteen, twenty or twenty-five minutes and three levels. Every workout has a Light version, so you can always start. Your camera counts your reps, with no wearable and no sensor. You log food with a photo of your plate, a barcode or by typing it, and at the end of the week you see patterns instead of punishment during. What it is not: fight training, a quick fix, or a plan that punishes you for a missed day.

Honestly: most apps work for six weeks. Then it goes quiet, and nobody notices. Two things are different here. Remy is in your WhatsApp and shows up when it goes quiet, not 24/7, but at the moment most people drop off. And your camera counts your reps at home, with no wearable and no sensor. On top of that, this app does not punish you for a missed day: every workout has a Light version and there is no catch-up plan if you stay away for a week. What you will not find here: stars, success stories and before-and-after photos. What is promised is backed by published research, with the source attached. You get 7 days free to look around. If it does not fit you, you simply stop.

Not for you if you are after a quick fix you will put away in six weeks. Not for you if you want a coach who shouts: that is not how Remy coaches, and not how the app works. And not if you will not make fifteen minutes today, not even for a Light version. If you are looking for real fight training with a sparring partner, you are also in the wrong place: these are kickbox-inspired workouts at your own pace, not preparation for a match. And if you expect guaranteed kilos per week, that promise is not made here, because no serious research supports it. If you have an injury, a medical condition or you are pregnant, talk to your doctor first. The WhatsApp coach is an AI buddy, not a clinician, and refers you to a real professional in a crisis.

Coach & WhatsApp

It is an AI buddy, trained on Remy's voice, his answers and his way of talking. That is stated in the onboarding as well, because you should know Remy is not typing it himself. What you do get is genuinely his tone: the same plainness, the same words, no hollow pep talk. You can ask it anything about your training, your food or why you are stuck, and you get an answer in his style. What it is not: a clinician. For a medical or mental crisis it refers you to a real professional, and that is how it should be. Your conversations are not shared with third parties. Want no messages for a while? Flip the pause button in settings, and it stays quiet until you start again.

Not 24/7. There are three moments when you hear something. On silence: if you have done nothing for two to seven days, you get a message. On something new: your first workout in a theme, so you know what you are starting. And when you ask a question, an answer comes. That is it. No daily push to save your streak, no guilt if you skip a day. That is a deliberate choice: research into habit formation shows one missed day breaks nothing, and that it is the guilt afterwards that makes people quit. If you want no messages at all, flip the pause button in settings and it stays quiet. Switching it back on later is easy. You set the rhythm.

No. Conversations are not shared with third parties and not sold. But honestly about where they live: your messages are stored at our AI provider and at Supabase, our database provider. That is needed to make the coach work and to remember your conversation between two messages. Retention periods apply, and you have the right to have your messages deleted. Exactly how long, and how you request it, is in the privacy policy. You can delete your account in the app's settings, and then all data is gone within 30 days. Separately: the footage from your camera during a workout does not go to the cloud. That recognition runs on your phone itself, so no video of you is sent or kept.

Workouts & Camera

The camera reads 17 points on your body (hips, knees, shoulders) and counts your reps in real time. No wearable, no sensor, no watch subscription. The footage is processed on your phone itself and never goes to the cloud, so no video of you is sent or kept. Setting up works like this: put your phone at hip height, or on the floor against the wall tilted up slightly, and step about two metres back. The app tells you whether you are in frame before you start. You need enough room to stretch your arms and take a step: a corner of your living room is enough. If the light is wrong or you blend into the background, the app says so too. And if counting will not cooperate, you simply do the workout without the camera.

On virtually any recent iPhone or Android phone. The recognition runs on the device itself, so you don't need a constant connection during your workout.

No. Most workouts use your own bodyweight, so you can start today with what you have at home. For the kickbox workouts you need no bag, no gloves and no partner: you strike into the air, and the camera counts along. What does help is a mat or a patch of floor you will not slip on, and shoes with grip. Got dumbbells, resistance bands or a full gym setup? Then the app adapts and gives you variants that use them. It works the other way round too: if you are on holiday or have no equipment to hand, you pick a variant without. What you do need is your phone and enough room to take a step. Nothing more.

Every workout has a Light version. Start there, even if you think you can handle more. There are three levels and three lengths (fifteen, twenty or twenty-five minutes), so you can start small and move up later without switching programmes. No comparison with others, no leaderboard to stare at, no streak to lose when you skip a day. The camera counts your reps, so you see your own progress instead of someone else's. Not going well one day? Then you stop halfway, and that still counts. Research into habit formation shows one missed day breaks nothing, and that the guilt afterwards is what makes people drop off. That is why there is no catch-up plan in the app. Starting is the point, not starting perfectly.

Kickbox

Yes. You start with the basic movements as a workout: stance, jab, cross. No sparring partner, no audience, no experience needed. These are kickbox-inspired workouts at your own pace, not fight training, so you never have to take a hit. Every workout has three levels and a Light version, and you pick a length of fifteen, twenty or twenty-five minutes yourself. Start at Light and the shortest length: that is not settling, that is how you get in without being unable to move the next day. The camera counts your reps, so you can see you are progressing without anyone standing next to you. There is no leaderboard to stare at and no comparison with others. If your technique is not right yet, that is fine. Technique comes with the repetitions.

Enough room to step about two metres back so you fit fully in frame. You need to be able to stretch your arms and take a step. A corner of your living room is enough, and most people only move a coffee table aside. Put your phone at hip height, on a cabinet for instance, or on the floor against the wall tilted up slightly. The app tells you whether you are in frame before you start, so you do not have to guess. Watch the light too: standing with your back to a bright window makes you blend into the background, and the app will say so. If you really have little space, pick a workout without big jumps, or do the session without the camera. The counting drops away, the workout stays.

Nutrition & Mindset

No. A photo of your plate, a barcode scan or typing it: the AI logs it in seconds and gives instant feedback. You do not have to weigh anything or search a database. At the end of the week you see patterns, no punishment during. So no red numbers when you go over a limit once, and no notification that your day has failed. Macros are there if you want to see them, and gone if you do not: you switch them on or off yourself. There is no forbidden list, because almost nobody sticks with one for long. What you do get: a view of what happens across a week, and recipes that fit your diet and your allergies. If you do want to count to the gram, you can. It just is not required.

Yes. There are diet filters for keto, intermittent fasting, vegan, vegetarian, halal and gluten-free, plus allergy filters. You switch them on once while setting up your profile, and after that the recipes adapt. So you do not get a list where you have to skip half. You can combine them too: vegetarian and gluten-free, or halal and a nut allergy. What the filters do not do is prescribe a medical diet. If you have coeliac disease, a severe allergy or a condition your doctor or dietitian has written a specific plan for, follow that plan and use the app as a tool, not a replacement. With a severe allergy, always check the label yourself. Logging works with anything anyway: a dish that fits no filter you simply capture with a photo.

Short guided sessions to lower your stress, sharpen your focus and recharge your energy. You choose five, ten or fifteen minutes, so it fits before bed, after a hard day, or just in between when your head gets too loud. A real fighter trains not only the body but also the mind: that is exactly the part Remy leaned on most in his own career, and it is why this sits inside the app rather than as a separate extra. You need no skill for it. You sit or lie down, you listen, and you follow the prompts. Not working for you? Then you skip it. The workouts and the nutrition part stand on their own, so you lose nothing.

Pricing & Account

You choose: €14.95 per month, cancel monthly, or €8.25 per month on a yearly plan, which you pay in full once a year. There is no difference in what you get: both plans give access to all workouts, the nutrition part, the mindset sessions and the WhatsApp coach. No extra packages, no separate modules to buy on top. You get 7 days free to look around first. App Store and Google Play show the exact amount in your own currency before you pay, so you always know what will be charged. Payment runs through your App Store or Google Play account, we never see your card details. You cancel in the same place, in two taps, with no form and no notice period. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.

The longer term. The 12-month plan is the cheapest per month, the monthly plan is the most flexible. You choose what fits.

Via App Store or Google Play: subscription, cancel. Two taps. No 'wait, come back' form.

Bring your phone. Pick a workout you feel like, do a mindset session or just log your meals. A fifteen-minute Light version fits in almost any hotel room or spare bedroom, and for the camera you only need enough space to take a step. And if you would rather do nothing? That is fine too. No punishment, no catch-up plan, no streak to lose. That is a deliberate choice: research into habit formation shows one missed day breaks nothing, and that it is the guilt afterwards that makes people quit. If it stays quiet longer, you get a message after two to seven days. If you do not want those on holiday, flip the pause button in settings. Come back when you have the space again. Today already counts.

Privacy & Data

Your data is used to improve your experience in the app: your workouts and level, what you log for nutrition, and your conversations with the coach. It is not sold to third parties. Storage sits with our AI provider (for the coach) and with Supabase, our database provider. Retention periods apply, and you have the right to see your data and have it deleted. One thing stands apart from all of that: the camera footage during a workout. It is processed on your phone itself and does not go to the cloud, so no video of you is sent or kept. If you want out entirely, you delete your account in the app's settings and all data is gone within 30 days. The full details, including retention periods and how to file a request, are in the privacy policy.

Yes. In the app's settings. All data is deleted within 30 days.
